Welcome to the Health Preservation Association

What is the HPA?
The Health Preservation Association(HPA) is an Association whose purpose is to train competent, highly qualified instructors to help prevent illness and disability in healthy individuals and to support persons with chronic illness or disabiliy to regain and maintain maximum health and longevity.

Focus of the Program
This educational program focuses on methods and techniques to prevent illness and disability. While it is not a substitute for medical care, it does provide well-tested methods that have been helpful to those who have used them for centuries.

The HPA has developed specific programs for maintaining health and wellbeing. These programs focus on many ailments and target organs for better health and healing.

Spring 2008 HPA Workshop Summary

Jiang Jianye Grandmaster Jiang Jianye is very pleased with the results of the Health Preservation Association (HPA) Spring Workshops held March 15th and 16th, 2008. There was very good attendance at several locations in the USA.   A special thank you goes out to two schools for their efforts.

These instructors invested significant time and effort creating flyers and contacting the local communities with e-mails and flyers to attract attendance at their workshops. The results of this effort can be seen in the photos from the workshops. Please contact these instructors for suggestions on marketing the HPA Workshops.

Remember, we need to work together to promote the HPA. HPA is providing significant national promotion and advertisement in magazines and newsletters. While advertisements in magazines and newsletters are important, they are not enough to ensure success. Instructors will need to assist in promoting the HPA. Local instructors need to follow-up with local promotion. Instructors should contact other businesses in their local area (e.g., martial arts schools, yoga and pilates studios, meditation centers, YMCA's, fitness centers, and senior citizen centers) using flyers or e-mail to inform them of the HPA program. If we work together, we can establish a strong foundation and get more and more people to join our workshops.

Summer workshops are coming soon. If we work together the HPA will grow and we can help everyone stay healthy and active.
