SummerParticipants will experience: 
- Gentle Qigong/Tai Chi movements to benefit the internal organs.
-  Integrative Qigong/Tai Chi methods for stress related issues, including high blood pressure.
-  Learn the essential principles of Qigong/Tai Chi.

Fee for this Workshop: 
  $100 if registered by May 28.
  $125 if registered after May 28.
Seniors (65 and over) half price

Workshop Time:
9am to 5pm with a 2 hour lunch beginning at Noon.

Workshop Location:
In or near South Pasadena.

This workshop is well suited for the beginner.
